The trip goes to Scandinavia’s most isolated country: the Faroe Islands! With the sea as the focal point, we take you on a very special tour of the archipelago’s fantastic nature, where we in the company of local Faroese, experience an exciting and authentic people who in many ways live completely differently than in Denmark.
On this trip, you will experience the Faroe Islands’ unique nature and fishing culture when we travel by foot, car and sea both far and wide and especially gain insight into everyday life outside the capital, Tórshavn. We must, among other things, fish, snorkel, hike, sail, visit farms and of course taste delicious fresh fish when the locals invite us inside their Faroese life and teach us about the country’s history, traditions and customs.
As the Faroe Islands are characterized by a very changeable and unpredictable weather, adjustments may occur in the program along the way. We will do everything we can to update you regularly. In case something is canceled, we will find an alternative activity.
